Some simple house rules to keep us all safe
Welcome to our home! To maintain a safe environment, we kindly ask for no open flames indoors. In consideration of our neighbors and household peace, we also request mindfulness regarding noise levels between 11pm and 7am. Additionally, please refrain from smoking indoors and hosting parties or events. For everyone's comfort and well-being, there is a maximum of 2 guests at a time. Please note the accommodation is not wheelchair accessible and isn't suitable for children. Your cooperation with these guidelines ensures a harmonious living space for all. Please take good care of your room key as any loss or damage will incur a replacement fee! Thank you!

Yes you can, we can put them in a secure out building for you, There is a hose you can use to wash them too.

There is tea/coffee making facilities, a microwave, a smart TV, patio doors, fold up desk if you need it, drawers, bedside lamp, wet boot tray. Anything you need just ask in advance.
